CANCELLATION POLICY

In order to fill your appointment time we kindly ask that you give our office 24 hours advanced notice of any cancellation. Failure to give appropriate notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit. If you no-show, you will be invoiced for the full cost of the appointment. Please call or email if you've had an emergency or any questions.

APPOINTMENT DEPOSITS

Due to the increased number of last minute cancellations and no-shows we have instituted a 50% non-refundable deposit that will be applied towards your appointment. Should you cancel within the allotted time frame, your deposit will be refunded in full.

LATE ARRIVALS

We have a 10 minute grace period for all appointments after which time your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled and your deposit forfeited. If you are unable to arrive on time, please text or e-mail so that we can make appropriate arrangements.

We kindly ask that all clients abide by the following requests:

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out any necessary paperwork

  • Please arrange for childcare prior to your appointment if necessary as our waiting area is small and is not set up for unsupervised play.

  • Please allow enough time for traffic and parking as the office is located in Center City Philadelphia in a very congested area and parking can be difficult. We recommend taking a train, an uber, a taxi or public transit when possible. There is also reasonable garage parking on Latimer Street between 15th and 16th.

  • The office is locked on Sundays so the Esthetician will meet you at the front door of the building to escort you upstairs.

  • Last minute changes to your appointment can be made when available, but because we book in advance, we are often not able to accommodate last minute changes. We apologize in advance but it never hurts to ask, so please do.

  • After care is an important part of your treatments so please listen carefully and read over any information provided and make sure to ask questions if anything is unclear.

  • Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about your treatment or any adverse reactions. We are always available via email and text.

  • Because this is a small studio, we are often not able to answer phone calls while in treatment. Please leave a message or email or text and we will get back to you as soon as we are able.
